Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
The delivery time is 6 to 25 days. The shipping fee will be arranged according to the order.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather delays, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you cannot select your country at checkout, please contact us at leonardoreillykx@hotmail.com for assistance.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package status.
5. Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
